Clutch slip

1. The clutch pedal has no free travel or free trip, indicating that the clutch is in a semi-separated state, and should be adjusted. If the free trip meets the regulations, the separation and the separation bearing is returned to the clutch pedal, and the separation bearing cannot be returned to the end surface of the separation lever, and should be inspected to remove the housing and the sleeve failure;

2. If the binder is flexible, it should be checked whether the clutch cover fixed screw is loose, check whether the flywheel, pressure plate, and driven discs have oil or wear, and there is a clear oil or replacement of grinding. Adjusting the height of the separation lever end face to the flywheel as specified, the gap between the bearing and the separation lever is separated;

3. After the above inspection, the state is good, it may be that the clutch pressure spring film spring is reduced, and further examination should be removed, and if the spring stiffness decreases should be replaced.


Clutch separation is not thorough

1. The clutch pedal is pressed into the end, and the clutch disk is turned on by a word start, and if the driven disc cannot be axially moved, the clutch separation is not thorough;

2. Detect the clutch pedal free trip, if the free trip is greater than the original prescribed value, indicating that the pressure plate work trip is too small to cause the clutch separation and should be adjusted to the pedal free trip;

3. If the clutch pedal free travel meets the standard, the gap between the separation lever end surface and the separation bearing does not meet the regulations, and the gap should be adjusted to the standard;

4. If the partial separation lever is inconsistent with the separation bearing gap, the clutch is not guaranteed to ensure the parallel state of the flywheel, resulting in the clutch separation. The separation lever should be adjusted so that it is in the same plane. Recheck adjust the pedal free of charge;

5. If the friction of the driven disc is a new product, it should be considered whether the friction plate is too thick. After the clutch cover is adjusted between the clutch cover and the flywheel, the clutch can be separated and thorough;

6. For the clutch controlled by hydraulic manipulation, the hydraulic master cylinder, the working cylinder and oil passage should first check whether or not there is a leakage oil in the oil path. If there is, it should be excluded;

7. With the above inspection, the clutch is still separated, then the clutch drive is removed, check whether there is a severe warpage deformed, or whether the driven disc is reversed, or the driven disk slides on the first axis freely. Process is administered according to the specific situation.


Clutch binding is not smooth

1. First check the fixture of the flywheel and the engine, the flywheel and the clutch cover fasten the bolt, and tighten with the specified torque;

2. Check to adjust the separation lever so that the separation lever end face is uniform;

3. Replace the damaged separation sleeve according to the situation;

4. Discover the pressure plate, should be replaced when the driven is warped;

5. Check the first axis of the driven plate and the transmission, eliminate glitch and embedding, and apply a small amount of grease;

6. Check if the driven disc is broken, and the rivet has no exposure, otherwise it should be done separately;

7. Check the clutch separation fork, lubricate each activity site, replace the damaged components, and adjust the position of each connecting rod.


Clutch hydraulic line penetrating into the air

The total pump cylinder is filled with oily fluid, repeatedly crashed into the clutch pedal, loosen the discharge screw for exhaust, and release the clutch pedal after tightening the discharge screw. The oil fluid in the total pump should be as follows, until the system oil has no bubbles.


Clutch abnormal sound

1. Gently step on the clutch pedal, so that the separation lever is in contact with the separation bearing, hear the sound of \"Shasha \", the fault is the separation bearing deficiency, and the lubrication is poor. If there is still a metal slip after the lubricating oil is added, the fault is caused by separation bearing damage. Corresponding replacement;

2. When you press or relax the clutch pedal, if an intermittent hit sound occurs, the fault is the separation bearing axial motion abnormal sound, indicating that the separation bearing retracting spring is falling off. If continuous noise occurs, the fault is caused by the free gap between the separation bearing and the inner end of the separation lever. Perform the corresponding repair;

3. When the clutch is just engaged or just separated, the clutch will issue \"Cart \", and the fault is caused by the rivet rivet. If a metal scraping sound is generated, the fault is caused by the friction plate rivet head;

4. When the car is started or slowed in the driving, the sound of \"anti-\" or \"card \" is issued, and the fault is a hint of the damping spring break or the slave plate and the splitter;
