Precautions

In order to better maintain the normal use of green sprinkler trucks, to protect the safety of the user, be sure to master the correct operating skills, and strictly in accordance with the following precautions. The use of personnel need to receive professional training, only after the operation!

1、Precautions before use

1)Close the ball valve of each outlet, open the ball valve of the water inlet of the water tank, and fill the water tank with water;

2)Check the tire nuts, whether each fastening bolt is loose, check the appearance of tires and air pressure;

3)Check the whole vehicle for water, air and oil leaks;

4) Check whether the fuel, coolant, lubricating oil, brake fluid and hydraulic oil are normal;

5) check whether the car instrumentation, air pressure, lights, running brake, hand brake light is normal;.

6)The working air pressure of the extractor is 0.65MPa, check whether the extractor access and disconnection are normal;

2、Precautions in use

1)When the gearbox needs to be shifted during the sprinkling operation, the clutch should be pressed in order to shift the gear;

2) When operating the extractor switch, you should step on the clutch pedal first, and then pull up the hand-pull valve to make the extractor combined. When not operating, you must depress the hand-pull valve of the extractor to disengage the extractor before driving;

3) The water pump is strictly prohibited from running without water, otherwise the pump will be damaged. The water tank is set with a low water level alarm, when the alarm should stop working in time.

3、Precautions after use

Before stopping use in winter, do a good job of draining water to prevent freezing, must be all pipelines, tanks, pumps, water drainage.

4、Special Matters

1)This vehicle shall not be put into formal operation work until the new car break-in is completed according to the provisions of the operation manual.

2) The vehicle should keep the mechanism intact, no damage phenomenon, not allowed to work with disease.

3)Before working, the vehicle should be checked whether the working device is normal or not, and whether there are any factors affecting the safe working around.

4)When the extractor needs to work, the air pressure should be confirmed ≥0.65Mpa. the clutch pedal should be pressed down when operating the extractor. It is strictly prohibited to drive with the extractor in gear.

6、Storage precautions

When the vehicle is stored for a long time, it should be drained of water, coolant and fuel, turn off the main power, lock the doors and windows, place it in a ventilated, dry place with fire-fighting facilities, and carry out regular maintenance in accordance with the provisions of the product instruction manual.
