Battery inspection and maintenance

When checking with the maintenance battery, the power supply should be turned off first.

Check electrolyte liquid surface

When each 4,000km is required, the electrolyte liquid is required. The normal liquid surface should be higher than the polar plate 15 to 20 mm, and if the liquid surface is low, the distilled water should be filled, and the filled is charged for more than half an hour, and the added distilled water is mixed with the raw electrolyte phase.

Each 12,000km is required to check the specific gravity of the primary electrolyte. Introduction with a specific gravity, the normal electrolytic solution is between 1.26 to 1.265 (the electrolytic solution temperature is 20 ° C), and the battery must be charged if the specific weight is less than 1.22.

Fuse

When replacing the fuse, the load of the fuse used is required. If the newly replaced fuse is easily burnt, the reason must be found and repaired. If you can't troubleshoot, please contact the nearest Dongfeng Motor Company Technology Service Center (station).

Note:

1. The vehicle must be cut off before replacing the fuse.

2. Never use a normal wire or other load fuse instead.
