Replace tyre

Removal tyre

1. Remove the front wheel (rear wheel), first and after the triangle (front wheel) before and after the triangle.

2, use the wheel nut sleeve wrench in the car tool to remove the wheel nut.

3, with one end of the jack to the top of Axle, so that the wheel is closely to the ground.

4. Remove the wheel nut.

Note:

1. The wheel nut on the right side of the vehicle is the right thread, and the nut on the left is the left thread.

2. Wipe the wheel bolt exposed thread and apply a small amount of grease.

Install tyre

1. Use a rod to make tyre rim bolt holes into the hub bolt.

2. Tighten the hub bolt to the center position of the bolt hole, tighten the tyre nut.

3, slowly drop the jack until tyre contact the ground.

4, tighten the tyre nut with a torque of 300 to 350n.m, and tighten the nut to the specified torque three times. When the wheel is installed on the hub, the first perspective is required to tighten the two nuts (tightening order as shown) II A-060). Note that one of the spherical surfaces of the nut is tightened, and the spherical surface of the screw hole on the rim is tightened, so that after the rim is stopped, the rim is then sequentially tightened, otherwise the bolt is easily broken when traveling.

Spare tire lifting

1. Remove the two nuts reflected in the arrow in the figure, and the switching switch handle in the HA-005 in Figures HA-005 is wrapped to position a, and the spare tire can be moved to the ground with appropriate force. .

2. When you need to put the spare tire back on the frame, you should first turn the switch handle to the position B, then shake the oil pump handle, you can put the spare tire back to the frame.

3. Patch and tighten the nuts reflected by the arrow.

Note:

1. When disassembling the spare tire, the cab must be in a locked state.

2. The spare tire should be relatively heavy and should pay attention to safety when lifting.
