Clutch liquid surface
Typically, the liquid surface of the can should be maintained above 4/5 height of the can, otherwise it should be added. Before adding, check if the pipeline system has leaks. If so, fix it.
Notice:
1. Do not use different quality or different levels, brake fluid model
2. Do not use mineral oil as a brake fluid, confirm that it is a clean brake fluid
3. Do not let the brake fluid in contact with any coating surface to avoid damage to the coating film
4. Special attention to seal storage
Don't let dirt or dust enter the tank
Clutch adjustment
The clutch adopts the hydraulic operating system of the header pump and the supercharger. Pedal adjustment method:
1 Loosen the pump push rod lock nut, rotate the push rod in the direction of the piston. When the pedicle rod hits the piston, return the piston to 0.2 ~ 0.7mm (1/7 ~ 1/2 ring), tighten the lock nut
2. Use the same method to adjust the supercharger push rod to the piston gap to 3 ~ 5mm
3. After the above adjustment is completed, the total pump and the boosting rod are 20 to 24 mm, 17 to 21 mm, respectively. Clutch pedal free travel 35 ~ 45mm
Clutch exhaust
When there is air in the clutch operating system, the clutch operating system does not work normally and should be performed. Exhaust method:
1. Make the clutch tube with brake fluid, gas gas reaches 650kPa
2. Remove the boiling bolts on the dust cover, turn the deflation bolts on the stripe back to the clutch pedal until the bubble blows out the reservoir
3. Tighten the discharge bolt to return to the clutch pedal, step on the clutch pedal, loose open electrical bolts, gas discharge, then tighten the discharge bolts, loosen the clutch pedal
4. It is necessary to operate according to the third point until no gas is discharged in the air bolt, and the driver completely feels.
