Trailer connection equipment and operation

Buckle

When the buckle is removed, the lock lock can be placed.

Motor brake separation

When the trailer is connected to the primary train, the cover of the tray is opened, and the trailer connector is connected to the main sugar head.

The separation switch turns open position can pick up the car.

When there is no trailer, the position of the handle is separated and the connector can be removed.

Voltage converter

The voltage converter is set to match 12V and 24V trailers simultaneously.

EQ2102, EQ2102G is equipped with a voltage converter that converts 24V voltage to 12V voltage, and controls the left and right steering, braking and light of the trailer by four I devices, thereby synchronizing with the main car. Voltage converter receives the seat (EQ2102) or sleepers (EQ2102G).

Voltage converter parameters:

Input voltage: 15~32V

Output voltage: 12 ± 0.5V

Maximum output current: 30A

Work temperature: -40 ~ 85 ° C

Connection and description of the voltage converter

Green light debut: normal work

Red light flash: overload protection

Yellow Light Flash: Short Circuit Protection

Not bright: failed

Red line: Enter DC24V (15~32V)

Yellow line: output DC12V (less than 30A)

Black line: ground

The voltage converter is overloaded, shorted, and the power supply is not locked, and the protection status is automatically exited after 1 second.
