2. Replace the injection molding pump, high pressure tube
3. Replace the oil pump, low pressure oil pipe

Exhaust method
1. Loosen the infant tightening screw fix on the intake pipe joint, quickly press the oil pump pump oil button, discharge the remaining air of the low pressure oil path until the discharged fuel does not contain bubbles, and then tighten the discharge screw.
2. Start the engine, release the high pressure tube to the combination nut of the syringe end, and discharge the remaining air in the high voltage line, then tighten the tube nut.
Notice:
1. If the engine temperature is high, the exhaust is strictly prohibited.
2. The engine is not more than 30 seconds per start time, and the start interval is at least 2 minutes.
Adjusting valve clearance
Intanced door 0.254mm
Exhaust valve 0. 508mm
Gas valve clearance is too large or not for engine work. If the sound valve sound is too large, it should be adjusted in time.
The adjustment of the gas valve gap should be performed under the engine cold.

Adjustment method
1. Remove the air valve cover.
2. Press and hold the timing of the engine (close to the fuel injection pump of the timing gear chamber), slowly rotate the engine until it is inserted into the pores of the camshaft gear in the camshaft gear. Stop position.
3. Adjust the gas valve clearance from the previous order

Fan belt check
The tension of the fan should be recooked, and the inspection method is to press 40 n to check the method of pressing the strap when 40 N should be checked. The deflection should be 10 to 15 mm.
