Chapter 6 Rotator
1. Adjust the brake clearance (EQ2100E6D, EQ2102G)
1. Remove the barrier cover of the inspection hole of the brake drum.
2. Use the wrench to press the locking sleeve of the brake adjustment arm and clockworm axle, so that the two brakes adhere to the inner surface of the brake drum.
The brake adjustment arm of the counterclockworm 1/2 ~ 2/3 is counterclockwise, allowing the adjustment arm locking sleeve to jump out of the spring force. The inner holes used by the \\\"Plum Blossom \\\" should be consistent with the hexagon head of the worm shaft. At this time, the gap between the brake hoof and the brake drum is about 0.7 mm. The brake drum should be free to rotate without rubbing any parts.
Precaution
When adjusting the braking gap and rotates the arm, if the locking sleeve is found, you cannot press the locking sleeve or the like, allowing the wrench to lock the locking tube or tighten the locking sleeve using the screwdriver. Gently open.
2. Fault and troubleshooting method
The brake is soft
The main reason for weak braking is insufficient braking force. It may be related to the following factors:
1) The brake gap is too large, which leads to too large, which causes the thrust of the air chamber push rod to decrease, so the braking force is small. The braking gap should be adjusted in time.
2) The surface of the friction plate is stained, or the hub oil seal is leaked with the grease.
3) Water enters the brake.
4) The brake air tube is blocked.
