First clutch

1. Adjustment of the clutch manipulation mechanism

1) The gap of the total pump piston and the push rod is 0.2 to 0.7mm, and the lock nut of the push rod is released, and the total pump push rod will be rotated. First make the head push piston to hold the sum pump. Then put the push rod back Tighten the lock nut in the half circle.

2) The clutch pump push rod air stroke is 2.5 ~ 4.5mm, and the lock nut on the pump push rod is adjusted, and then the rotation pump push rod will be tightened after adjustment.

3) When the idler boot push rod is 3 ~ 5mm, that is, when the hand can push the push rod forward, release the lock nut on the push rod, then rotate the nut on the boot, adjust the booster The length of the push rod makes the separation dial arm pin ahead to make the gap to zero, then twist the two laps back, lock the lock nut can be c

After the above adjustment, the free travel of the clutch pedal should be 35 ~ 55mm (see table below)

4) Pipeline exhaust (need to cooperate with two people)

a. Start the engine to the system air pressure 600kpa or more,

b. Full of brake fluids in the reservoir.

c. A quickly repeatedly stepped on a few clutch pedals. When the pedal power is taken, then the clutch pedal is stepped on, and the ventilation bolts are opened, and the air in the pipeline is excluded, and then tighten the discharge bolt, after which Release clutch pedal

d. Repeat C moves multiple times until the oil flowing out of the exhaust bolt is no bubble.

e. Tighten the exhaust bolts. Pack the exhaust bolt cover and reservoir cover
