1. Adjust the Gearbox control mechanism

EQ2102G belongs to a double-type operating mechanism. There are many links in the assembly process due to many rods and intermediate conversion brackets. Therefore, pay attention to the following points when adjusting:

1. During the assembly process, ensure that the position of the selector and the shift rod joint and the length of the components should not change the will

2. The swing arm on the support should be substantially in the vertical direction, should not be too (neutral position), otherwise the corresponding other selectors and shift lever should be adjusted until the requirements

3. If there is no gear operation, you can adjust the cab and check the shift control support assembly on the cab floor. There is a gear selection prompt on the assembly, and one end of the prompt lever extends into the gear selection arm. The ball is covered with a plastic bowl. If the plastic bowl is damaged, the ball will swing in the bowl of the gear selection arm, which will cause the gear to choose the wind.

4. The entire rod system cannot be squeezed with other systems, otherwise it is easy to interfere.

5. If the position of the shift or joystick is not satisfactory, the two longest tie rods (No. 3) in the control mechanism can be adjusted, and the left and right threads are threaded on both ends of the lever. Loosen the lock nut and turn the tie rod. The purpose of adjustment can be achieved: the adjustment amount of the two tie rods is 10 mm;

Second, common faults

1. Has difficult to choose and move gears

   1) Improper adjustment of the shift lever.

   2) The clutch is not completely separated.

   3) Cut the shift lever from the groove and wear the wear bar.

   4) Shift fork deformation or damage.

   5) The synchronizer is invalid or damaged.

2. confusion

   The cause of the disease is mainly caused by the failure of the interlock mechanism. The upper cover of Gearbox should be cleaned and checked.
