1. Adjust the axial preload of the main pin of the steering section

2. Adjust the front wheel steering angle and toe
Adjust the limit screw on the steering gehe housing so that the maximum rotation angle of the front inner wheel is 37 °. By adjusting the tie rod, the toe length is 2 ~ 5mm.
3. Toe adjustment method:
1) First release the two lock bolts on the tensile rod adjustment sleeve.
2) Rotate the adjustment sleeve to make the toe value of 0 to 2 mm °. The specific measurement method is to draw a cross-crossing at the front and back crossing of the longitudinal center plane of the two front wheels, the same height as the center of the wheel, and measure the two front cross and two distances in the back and before and after The difference between the values is toes.
3) Tighten the lock bolt of the adjustment sleeve.
2. Common faults and troubleshooting front axles
1. Steering deviation: left and right tyre The air pressure is not equal, the difference is too large, so you should re-expand. The left and right hub bearings are inconsistent, and the spring U-bolts are rebounded and tightened.
2. Heavy-duty steering: Adjusting the steering section adjustment of the gasket is too tight, adjusting the toe as needed, adjusting the toe. Front axle deformation, correction or replacement. tyre The air pressure is insufficient and the expansion is required. The stroll pin compression spring adjustment is too tight, re-adjusting the king pin axial preload is incorrect, re-adjusting the pin thrust screw.
3. The front wheel is automatically returned: the inward and rearward tilt of the main pin do not meet the requirements, check whether the relevant components that affect the front wheel positioning are normal, and if necessary, replace the curved angle of the front wheel does not meet the requirements. Wang sales or bushing adjusts the front wheel hub bearings, moving parts lubrication, check and add oil.
4. The front wheel shines
The drive is unstable when the car is running at a speed or higher speed. Vehicle trembling and steering wheel also have \"beating hands \".
