Third, the starter is not open

Cause Analysis:

1, short circuit in the starter;

As shown in Figure 2, the start-type relay harness assembly is incorrect;

3, ignite the interior of the lock.

Method of exclusion:

1. Use a hammer to gently tap the starting magnetic switch, and can solve the phenomenon of connecting the starter;

2. Check if the starting relay wire harness component meets the process standard. If it does not meet the process standard, you should change immediately.

3, check if the fire lock itself is short, if there is, the ignition lock should be replaced.

EQ2082

Fourth, the engine can rotate, but不Can start

Cause Analysis:

1. The fault oil solenoid valve does not work; (only for EQ2100E6D)

2, fuse breakthrough; (limited to EQ2100E6D)

3. The engine oil is air;

4, fuel tank three-way injury or blockage;

5, diesel filter plug or oil leakage;

6. Insufficient fuel or fuel impurities.

Method of exclusion:

1. Check if the fuel meets the standard;

2. Check if the oil-solenoid wired joint is electricity, if there is no electric power, fuse the fuse;

3. If the oil solenoid valve motor valve, check whether the operation of the oil oil solenoid valve is good, and the method is to open the ignition switch.

The files and closing files have been switched, listen carefully, if there is a sound, indicating that the oil solenoid valve is working properly, if there is no sound, indicating that the oil solenoid valve is damaged;

4, check if the fuel tank trip is loose, regardless of whether the tube is firm, reliable, then check if the three-way is blocked;

5. Check if the pipe of the tube tube is loosened into the diesel filter;

6. Check if the fuel pipe joint of the engine fuel system is loose and leak.

EQ2082

5. The generator does not generate electricity and the charging indicator is usually bright.

Cause Analysis:

Motor wire joint welding;

2, generator damage;

3, generator regulator bad (built-in regulator)

Method of exclusion:

1. Check the excitation line connector of the generator in a good contact state;

2. Check if there is interference friction during mechanical movement of the motor mechanical movement. If any, it will indicate that there is a fault inside the generator and requires mechanical repair.

3. Check if the generator regulator and the rectifier circuit have faults, power generation is too large, mainly due to the disputes of the regulator.

EQ2100.
