Method of exclusion:

1. Check whether the big light bulb is poor;

2. Use the test light to check if the headlights in the fuse box are electricity. If there is no electricity, check whether the air defense exchange coil is detached, whether the wire harness joint of the fuse box is off;

3, if there is electricity on the fuse box, further check if the big light line of the combined switch is electric, if no electrical should check whether the wire harness connector of the light relay is disassembled, the relay is damaged;

4. If there is electricity on the combined switch, it should be checked whether the joint of the front line harness of the cab is detached;

5. Check if the air light switch is dropped, regardless of whether the switch is damaged.

Cause Analysis:

1, big light fuse breakthrough;

2, the headlight bulb plug is in contact with the bulb socket;

Cause Analysis:

1, brake bulb burns;

2, the fuse is blown;

3, brake light switch is damaged or poor contact;

4, poor contact in front of the cab;

5, the bracket coil contact is poor.

Method of exclusion:

1. Check if the brake bulb is blown or changed;

2, check if the fuse is burned, if the burns are replaced, check whether the fuse box harness is connected to the test light electrical and harness.

3. Check if the terminal on the brake light switch has power, when stepping on the brake pedal, brake switch on the two terminals on the brake switch

Both are electricity, if there is no power terminal, indicating that the switch is damaged and replaced;

4. Check whether the contact insertion of the cab before contact is good;

5. If there is no problem with the front of the brake light switch and the cab, please check if the plugin of the carrier harness is in a good contact state.
