Third, the starter work, but cannot drive the engine

Cause Analysis:

1, engine card death;

2, the battery is insufficient or insufficient;

3. The starter one-way gear cannot be engaged with the engine flywheel, and the number of beginners is wrong.

Method of exclusion:

1. Check that the battery line is rugged, reliable, and measures whether the battery voltage reaches the rated voltage.

2, check if the starter has a space, set with the plum wrench, and rotates the generator clockwise (see the front of the car), if the engine cannot operate, if the engine cannot be operated;

3. Listen to whether the starter is engaged with the engine flywheel ring gear, if not engageable, the engine cannot move and adjust the engine.

Fourth, the starter will not open

Cause Analysis:

1, short circuit in the starter;

2, the sub-start switch has been damaged;

3, short circuit in the line;

4, the internal connection of the ignition switch.

Method of exclusion:

1. Use a hammer to gently tap the magnetic switch, sometimes solve the phenomenon of connecting the actuator;

2. Remove the trailer switch line. If the starter can be detached at this time.

3, the start-type relay line is not assembled, and there is another root line, which will also cause the starter to not open;

Cause Analysis:

1, idle switching damage;

2, fuse rest;

3, the starting relay is bad;

4, poor contact in front of the cab;

5. Damage to the sub-start switch;

6, idle speed modifier model is wrong.

Method of exclusion:

1. First check if the pick-up column on the air switch is electricity, if there is electricity, please check if the fuse is intact. If the fuse is intact, it will indicate that the front and frame ports of the cabbage port are poor.

As shown in Figure 2, if the neutral switch is electric, while the other terminal is electric electric, it should be checked whether the transmission is in the neutral position. The type of the blade is wrong;

As shown in Figure 3, if the two terminals are electrified, the cutout is started;

4. If the sub-start switch is intact, the starter relay is bad.
