Method of exclusion:

1. Check that the front of the cab is dropped;

2. Check whether the winch solenoid valve joint is dropped or welded by the internal joint of the solenoid valve;

3. Check if the winch indicator is broken, the inspection method is as follows: Measuring the wire harness of the right winch indicator of the cab. If the indicator light bulb is not lit, the bulb is damaged.

Cause Analysis:

1. Long distance control switch is damaged, or weld the plug;

Method of exclusion:

1. First check if the remote operation relay is displayed, the line connector dropped;

2. Check if the blue yellow line on the remote control relay is charged. If there is no electricity, the clutch switch is destroyed or the contact is poor;

3, if the blue yellow wire is electric. The black line on the relay is no electricity, indicating that the air switch is destroyed, or the segment beam joint cannot walk;

4. If the blue yellow line and black line on the remote relay, the clutch pedal is closed, the green red line on the relay is in powerless, then the relay is damaged or the model is wrong;

5. Use the test lamp to measure the long distance from the electric power. If there is no electricity, the filament is disconnected or the wire harness joint behind the filament or fuse box;
