Cause Analysis:

1. Adverse contact between the fuselage or fuse box;

5. The speaker relay is damaged or the harness joint falls off.

Method of exclusion:

1. Check if the fuse is burned and the harness contact;

2. Check if the harness of the speaker relay dropped, the relay is damaged;

3. Use the test lamp to check whether the charcoal brush in the combined switch has a wire harness contact condition (including the speaker button wiring);

4. If the above check cannot be resolved, check the wire harness contact between the speaker conversion switch and the switch of the switch;

5, check if the wiring head of the electric horn of the air speaker solenoid valve is electrically;

6. Check the working conditions of the air speaker solenoid valve.

1. The speaker brush on the combined switch is iron;

2, contact with the adhesion of the speaker relay;

3, air speaker solenoid valve.

Method of exclusion:

1. Pull the harness on the merged switch to see if the speaker is loud; if there is no ringtone, use a speaker brush;

2. Check if the inside of the speaker relay has a contact adhesion;

3, if the electric horn is working properly, but the air speaker is usually the ring, which means that the magnetic valve is destroyed.

Cause Analysis:

1. Drop the right side harness joint of the cab;

2, indicator light bulb;

3, Transfer case Welding high and low-level steering cylinder solenoid valve harness connector.

Method of exclusion:

1. Check whether the right side harness connector before the cab is welded;

2. Use the test light to check whether the right wire harness of the cab is powered by electricity; if there is electricity, the light bulb is destroyed. If it is powerful, the description is Transfer case Advanced and low-level steering cylinder solenoid valve joint decoration or wire connector.
