Cause Analysis:

1. Front Bridge Controls Cylinder Solar Valve Damage or Desert;

2, long distance operation control line diode damage or joint falling;

3, front axis access switch is damaged or the line connector dropped;

4, Transfer case Advanced and low-level manipulation cylinder pushers are not adjusted in place;

5, the front bridge connection can be adjusted in place;

6, long distance control relay damage;

2102G tanker

As shown in Figure 7, the air switch is damaged or the circuit is.

8, the clutch switch is damaged or the circuit is not available;

9, long distance control switch or wire connector falling off;

10, long distance control buzzer damage or line is not available;

11, the five sets of solenoid valveline have faults;

Method of exclusion:

1. First check the contact of the remote operation control relay;

2. Use the test lamp to measure whether the blue yellow line on the relay is electricity, if the power supply is powered, the clutch switch is damaged or the contact;

3, if there is electricity, other black lines are unable to force, then air switch is damaged or adverse contact;

As shown in FIG. 4, if the two lines are electrically, the green red line on the clutch pedal relay is closed, and the relay is damaged;

5. Check if the green line on the remote control switch is electricity, if it is powerful. Describe the harness contact of the fuse or fuse box;

6. If the green line on the switch is powered, this means that the remote control is damaged;

7. If the blue line of the switch is electricity, the buzzer does not respond, indicating that the long distance controls the buzzer damage or contact difference contact;

8. Check if the purple line on the front bridge is connected to the switch is electricity, if there is no power, the front bridge is damaged;

9. Check the Transfer case High, the four harnesss on the low-grade switch are electricity, if there is electricity, Transfer case is high, the low-grade switch is damaged;

10. Check if the front bridge indicator is bright, if it does not have bright, indicating that the front bridge controls the damage or contact of the cylindrical solenoid valve;

11. Check if the long-distance control diode is damaged and whether the wiring is good;

12. Check whether the intake pipe of the five sets of solenoid valve air is a gas (the air pressure of the brake system must be standard);

13. If the five sets of solenoid valve intake pipes are gases, check whether the two sets of solenoid valves on the second set of solenoid valves are gas, if there is no gas, indicating that the five-set solenoid valve is faulty, requires maintenance or replacement;

14. Adjust Transfer case High, low-end operating cylinders push the length.
