Chapter 5 Dongfeng off-road vehicle Common faults and electrical equipment excluded

Automotive electrical equipment is common to automotive power, start, ignition, lighting, signal and its auxiliary electricity. Automotive electrical equipment is mainly car safety, engine normal operation and service company's ride.

Automotive electrical equipment can generally be summarized as a power supply device, a starting device, an ignition device, a lighting signal device, a switching instrument device, an indication device, and other auxiliary devices (eg, shaving, heating, electric fan, and radio).

1. Distribution of the EQ2102 fuse box from left to right and fault:

1) Starting Insurance (10A): If insurance is broken, the first does not work.

2) Preheating insurance (20A): If insurance is destroyed, the preheating system does not work

3) Instrument power (10a): This insurance is damaged, various instruments, exhaust brakes, subactors, and remote operating systems.

4) Fault oil solenoid valve (10a): If insurance is broken, the starter cannot start the engine

5) Heating, quartz clock (15a): If the insurance is broken, the heater motor and quartz clock do not work.

6) Water (15A): If the insurance is broken, the wiper motor and the water spray drain do not work

7) Working light socket (20a): If the insurance is damaged, the shuttle socket is not used, the transformer does not work.

8) Brake, horn (15a): If insurance is broken, the brake light, the radio speaker does not work.

9) Front air defense lamp (15a): If insurance is broken, the front air defense lamp is not bright.

10) After the air defense lamp (15a): If the insurance is broken, the air defense lamp is not bright.

11) Hazardous alarm lights, top lights (15a): If insurance crushed, dangerous alarm light, top lights bright

12) Turning lamp, parking light (parking light) (15A): This insurance becomes bright, parking light (parking light) is not bright

13) Small lights, fog lights, pumped lights (15a): If insurance is broken, small lights, fog lights, backlight is not bright

14) Left headlight (10a): If insurance is broken, the left headlight is weak.

15) Right headlight (10a): If insurance is destroyed, the correct headlight is weak.

10) Blue White (20A): Breakthrough in fuses, and preheating systems do not work.
