Material Comparison

After the big style is determined, the details of the layout need to be constantly compared. How thick steel plate is the most cost-effective, what kind of lights are more beautiful, what kind of seat is more comfortable, what kind of door is more durable, we need to constantly compare the screening.

Pickling and Electrophoresis

After cleaning the body and accessories, we enter a specific electrophoresis process line for pickling and phosphatizing. It is equivalent to plating a layer of protective film on the body to prevent rust and corrosion and increase the adhesion of paint and the service life of the vehicle.

Paint spraying

Sand the vehicle and enter the spraying booth for several times of spraying and drying after the surface is completely flat, in order to achieve a satisfactory color and paint thickness.

Evaluation and Acceptance

After the vehicle is completed, the dimensions of the actual vehicle and the drawings will be measured and compared, and various off-road performance tests will be conducted at the test track. Acceptance is carried out according to each item on the New Vehicle Delivery Acceptance Form.
