Engine system failure and exclusion

Fuel filter air leaks, oil spill, blockage, damage

  1. Open the fuel prefilter discharge valve to discharge water and precipitate;

  2. Replace the filter and oil separator.


The oil circuit is blocked, the fuel tank pipeline is frozen, the filter element is too dirty oil supply is not smooth.

  1. Whether the oil path low-pressure oil tube is removed from the previous order, and the method of blowing is observed whether the tube is smooth, if there is a debris or icing in time;

  2. If the filter is too dirty, the filter element is replaced.


Engine fuel injection pump does not oil

  1. The oil pump does not pump. Check the wear situation of each component of the oil pump, the pipeline clogging, the air leakage of the deflation screw and the sealing of the push rod and the housing;

  2. The filter or pipeline may block, use high pressure gas to open the pipe;

  3. The sealing property may not be good, check the tank to the oil pump and the oil pump to the sealing of the fuel pump line;

  4. If it is a fuel injection pump, it is repaired to the designated service station.


Engine starts are not easy and large quantile

  1. Close to the exhaust pipe exit with hand, the palm is wet, there may be water to enter the cylinder;

  2. Open the diesel prefilter to discharge the soil, release the dirt and water; open the fuel tank of the fuel tank to the water in the tank; then remove the moisture in the low pressure oil;

  3. If there is no water in the oil road, pull out the oil ruler, check whether the oil under shell oil is polluted by water;

  4. Open the water tank cover, while the engine is operated while the water surface of the water mouth is blown;


Notice

If there is water in the oil, there is a lot of air bubbles in the water surface of the water, it may cool the water into the cylinder.

5. Check the torque of each bolt of the cylinder head, tighten it by tightening according to the specified moment, and then view whether it is leaking;

6. Determine the mixing of oil water, generally damage to the cylinder cushion or damage to the oil radiator in the water jacket, and use the replacement repair.


Engine start is not easy and large amount of white smoke

1. If the temperature of the diesel engine is too low, it should be checked whether the low temperature start preheating device has expired, the preheater control circuit is U has a broken circuit, short circuit fault or preheater damage, if necessary, repair or replace;

2. Use liquid heating (boiler) to assist startup;

3. Repair to the designated service station;


Engine start is not easy and exhaust pipe large amount of black smoke

1. Determine if the diesel quality meets the requirements;

2. Check that the intake hose has no concave, and the air filter has no blockage;

3. Repair to the designated service station.



The engine is running properly but the speed is slow

1. Check if the tank vent is blocked;

2. View the low pressure oil tube has no concave, and there is no clogging in the oil pipe joint filter.

3. Remove the diesel filter core, check the phenomenon of non-dirt or adhesive gum;

4. The above test is good, and the oil supply situation of the oil pump should be checked. If the oil supply is poor, it shall be repaired.



The engine is low-speed but no high speed

1. Under normal circumstances of the low pressure oil road, first look at the looseness of the accelerator pedal and the length of the connection rod. When the throttle is stepped, the governor manipulator should be released from the high speed limit screw or a limit block at the maximum position. Otherwise it should be adjusted;

2. Exclude the air in the oil road;

3. Remove the fuel injection pump to the specified service station, check and debug on the fuel injection pump test bench and injector tester, so that the fault is excluded.



Insufficient engine power and exhaust pipe

1. After the diesel engine is turned off 5 min, the oil is removed, check whether the oil in the oil casing exceeds the maximum limit; if it exceeds the excess part should be released;

2. Check the air filter has no blockage;

3. Repair to the designated service station.



Engine shock

  1. For the original start-up engine, if there is no obvious abnum, it should be checked whether the engine suspension is broken, whether the bolt is loose, whether the buffer block is damaged or detached, and repairs in time;

  2. If the origin starts the engine accompanied by an abnum, and the exhaust gas is not correct, then press the oil supply, the oil supply is uneven, and the cylinder does not work.

  3. If the origin starts the engine is not jitter, the vibration is serious when the vehicle is driving, and most of the transmission line partial balance is lost. The same shaft is too large or loose, and should be adjusted;

  4. For the engine that has been used for a long time or working in a harsh environment, the abnormal sound is more obvious, and the looseness of the components should be checked and processed.
