Check and replace power steering hydraulic oil

If the oil plane height is not on the bottom of the oil ruler, the same type of hydraulic oil needs to be added.

Replacement method
1. Put the car's rear wheels to hold the triangle pad, the transmission is set, and the front axis is jeaked with jacks, so that both sides tyre
2. Remove the steering and extracting the tubing connector to all discharge the oil fluid of the steering system. At the same time start the engine, turn back and fly the steering wheel
3. Confirm that the system oil is discharged, open the cover of the reservoir, replace the hydraulic oil filter
4. After the filter element is replaced, first filled with the oil tank, start the engine, so that the engine idles, and then add hydraulic oil after turning the fire. In this way, it is repeated several times, and the hydraulic oil is added to the bottom of the oil rib.
Notice:
1. Prohibit the engine to fill the hydraulic oil during operation
2. The engine idle operation is simultaneously, and the steering wheel is turned back and forth, which is conducive to the discharge of air in the system.
3. When checking the oil plane, the engine must turn off.
Check of free rotation of steering wheel
When 12,000km maintenance is carried out, the amount of free rotation of the steering wheel should be checked, and the amount of rotation free rotation to the left or right in the intermediate position cannot exceed 15 °.
