Maintenance of hub bearings
Each drift is 12,000km, and the maintenance of the wheel hub bearing is performed. Remove the wheel and brake drum, clean the hub bearing clean, check whether the grease of the hub bearing has changed, hydration, etc., if it should be replaced in time. When the grease is changed, the gap of the bearing roller is filled with the gap of the bearing roller and coated around the bearing. Do not fill the grease in the wheel cavity to avoid causing the hub oil leakage.

Adjustment of hub bearings
Do not install the half-axis, top the wheel. After installing the gauze, tighten the nut in 200 ~ 250N.m, then loosen 1/5 ~ 1/4 lap, install the locking washer, and finally tightened with 250n.m and torque. The adjusted wheel should be free to rotate without obvious axial loose or swinging.
Note:
When tightening the inner nut, the hub should be turned in two directions to make the bearing in the correct working position.
At the time of printing, the hub should be disassembled smoothly to avoid damaging the oil seal blade. Be careful not to pull the semi-axial oil seal edge when disassembling the half shaft.
When the hub oil seal is installed, the thin layer grease should be applied to the oil seal cut.
Adjusting the vehicle of the wheel bearing should be taken to test, and the heating degree of the wheel is finally determined whether the bearing is adjusted correctly. Take about 10km, measure the temperature of the wheel, and the measured value should not exceed 70 ° C. If overheating, you need to re-adjust.
