Clutch liquid surface
Normal conditions The liquid surface of the tank should be maintained above the 4/5 height of the tank, otherwise it should be added. Before adding, check if the pipeline system has a leak. If so, please fix it.

Notice:
1. Do not use different quality or different grades, models of brake fluid
2. Never use mineral oil as a brake fluid, confirm that the cleaned brake fluid is used
3. Don't let the brake fluid come into contact with any paint surface to avoid damaging the film
4. Pay special attention to the sealed storage
Don't let the dirt or dust into the tank


Clutch adjustment
The clutch uses a hydraulic manipulation system for a header pump and a booster. Pedal adjustment method:
1 Loosen the pump push rod lock nut, rotate the push rod in the direction of the piston. When the vertebral rod hits the piston, return the piston to 0.2 ~ 0.7mm (1/7 ~ 1/2 ring), tighten the lock nut
2. Use the same method to adjust the booster push rod to the piston gap to 3 ~ 5mm
3. After the above adjustment is completed, the total pump and the booster push rod free travel is 20 to 24 mm and 17 to 21 mm, respectively. Clutch pedal free trip is 35 ~ 45mm

Clutch exhaust
When there is air in the clutch manipulation system, the clutch operating system can not work properly and should be excluded. Exhaust method:
1. Filled the clutch reservoir filled with brakes, the air pressure of the gas tube reaches 650kPa
2. Remove the boiling bolt on the boiling force of the boiling force, and then go back to the clutch pedal until the bubbles are blown out in the reservoir.
3. Tighten the deflated bolts to return to the clutch pedal, step on the clutch pedal, loosen the discharge bolt, discharge gas in the gas, then tighten the discharge bolts, release the clutch pedal
4. Require operation according to the third point until no gas is discharged in the deflation bolt, and the driver feels completely separated.
