Exhaust gas of the fuel system

After the following work, the fuel system is required to exhaust
1. No fuel is filled with fuel before installing new fuel filters and oil separators
2. Replace the injection pump, high pressure tubing
3. Replace the oil pump, low pressure oil pipe

Exhaust method
1. Loosen the deflation screw fixing on the intake pipe joint, quickly press the oil pump pump oil button, discharge the residual air in the low pressure oil, until the fuel discharged does not contain bubbles, and then tighten the discharge screw.

2. Start the engine, loosen the high pressure oil tube to the combined nut of the injector end, discharge the residual air in the high pressure line, and then tighten the tube nut.

Notice:
1. When the engine temperature is high, exhaust is strictly prohibited.
2. The engine must not exceed 30 seconds per start time, and the start interval is at least 2 minutes.

Adjustment of gas valve gap
Intake valve 0.254mm
Exhaust valve 0. 508mm
The gas valve clearance is too large or too small to the engine's work. If the sound valve sound is too large, it should be adjusted in time.
Adjustment of the gas valve gap should be carried out in the engine coldness.

Adjustment method
1. Remove the air valve cover.
2. Press and hold the timing pin on the engine (approaching the fuel injection pump at the timing gear chamber), slowly turn the engine with a wrench until the timing pin is inserted into the positive hole on the camshaft gear, and the first cylinder is compressed. Dating position.
3. Adjust the gas valve clearance in sequence from the front

4. After adjusting the air valve gap, do a relative mark on the pulley and timing gear chamber, rotate the engine, and align the mark.
5. Adjust the air valve clearance in turn

Notice:
After finding the first cylinder on the stop point, you must adjust the gas valve clearance to avoid damage to the timing.

Fan belt check

The tightness of the fan belt should be checked frequently, the method of examination is to press the belt with 40 N for the force, the method of inspection is to press the belt at 40 N, and the deflection should be 10 to 15 mm.
