Balance the maintenance of the bearing hub

The balance bearing hub lubricating oil is checked for each running 4,000 km. The balanced hub lubricating oil is replaced each by 8,000 km.

After the new car is completed, the U-shaped bolt nut of the steel spring spring should be tightened in the heavy-duty state;

1. The steel spring U-shaped bolt nut is fastened under the heavy-duty state.

Balance bearing hub axial adjustment

Each travel of 8,000km is cleaned, checked, and adjusted the balanced bearing hub gap.

1. Remove the balance bearing hub, release the locking bolts on the adjustment nut, tighten the adjustment nut / 1/4 ring, then tighten the bolts at 170 to 220n.m. Before the cover, first turn down the oil springs under the bearing, drain the sewage oil, and then install the cover.
